Refund Eligibility

  2. Non-Activation: If you have not activated or used the license key, you may request a full refund.
  3. Product Issues: If the plugin does not work as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.
  4. Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased multiple licenses of the same product, we will refund the duplicates.

Please Note the Following Conditions

  • Clause 1: Processing Time – Refund requests may take up to 5 business days to process.
  • Clause 2: Ineligible for Refund – Refunds will not be issued if:
    • More than 14 days have passed since the purchase date.
    • You have used the plugin successfully and it functions as described.
    • The issue is due to conflicts with third-party plugins, themes, or hosting environments outside our control.
  • Clause 3: Final Sale – All renewals, subscription fees, and discounted promotional offers are non-refundable.
  • Clause 4: Suspicious Activity – We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we believe are fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of our terms.
